gosh. i picked up a terrible phone call today! i wan to complain..
this stupid guy. call A _ _ _ _ _. he call n said tt he recently came to the hospital at the urology centre. was prescribed an antibiotic. claims tt he has bad rashes after eating the medicine. but he forget wat drug he took n wan to check it out. key in n know tt it was ciprofloxacin. so he wanted me to spell out the drug. ok.. its sound alright.. but this is when the nightmare started!!! i spelled out to him slowly n clearly over the phone. but he say tt i have a terrible voice! he cant figure out wat i spelled! wat the heck!!! i spell 'c' he says it 't'. i repeated it over n over agin n he still dun get it. so i say... sir.. 'c' for cat. n he say. for goodness seek! wats tt! -.-'' so he demanded me to say out a country for all the alphabetics. how am i supposed to know! i am not very good with country names! nv mind tts not the end. i say 'i' for ireland'.. he say no i dun wan. i wan 'i' for india. gosh~ feel like slapping him man. n he kept criticizing me in a not very nice manner... urg~ n tts stil not the end.. it went on n on. i think i was on the phone for like more than 1/2 an hour! while the other staff were happily eating snacks at the pantry... *humps
today probably not my day. but i finally saw him. wat a surprise..
